A GUIDE TO OUR PLACKETS

Regular Placket Example
REGULAR PLACKET
Our standard placket, used both for business and more casual looks. Can be worn well without a tie or with a tie. The button holes are cut directly into the cloth with no additional pattern going down the front of the dress shirt. The plain placket has been structured so that it moves naturally with the body and doesn't cause puckering or stiff feel when sitting.
Hidden Placket Example
HIDDEN PLACKET
Also known as a French fly, the buttons are covered and hidden. Great for formal occasions when worn with a tie or a bowtie. The hidden placket has a great finish and doesn't fray. The placket is thick enough so you can't see the buttons through the cover, and it is carefully sewn to match up with the fabric.
Tuxedo/ Studded Placket Example
Placket for Tuxedo Studs
